Default after a fresh install, games will freeze for 1-2 seconds, use alot of memory?

    Sup!
so after a clean install games will hang (freeze) for 1-2 seconds, before going back to normal. It affects all game.
For example I can play lol on high at 60fps. I don't drop frames, I just freeze before returning back to normal.

The process tab when playing games.

installed 32 bit windows 7, but i'm pretty sure It was running 64 bit, and they both handle ram differently, could this be the problem?

    Thanks in advance!.

I honestly have no clue what this might be causing. You have enough RAM to operate normally and all. :/

Install 64 bit again though, 32 bit only can handle up to 4GB of RAM and that includes VRAM too.

I should update this but all my effort went into writing this lousy excuse.

The thing is, I don't have the windows install disc and have been using ISO files. Been trying to burn the x64 ISO to USB, using Microsoft own software, keeps failing >.<

    I have the product key.

Download a clean/untouched ISO of the version you have. Only the key matters so...

You can also copy the contents of the ISO-file directly over to the USB and it should work. It needs to be formatted in NTFS IIRC, so format in NTFS, copy the files and just install like you'd normally do.
