No confirmation from EU Gravity about it, but still.. You guys are assuming too much! The date they mentioned will most likely just be the date that they announce more info and an actual date on the EU beta. That being said, don't assume the EU beta to start on April 25th. Just assume to get some more info, possibly.

Its not fake, teaser was up for so long... And its the same host as euRO google gravity gateway, that is the portal.

I asked google about Ragnarok Online 2 EU. I found a european community for Ragnarok online 2 on facebook and but i didn't see an official release for Eu server
