Lost Online Rebirth, way to play/english community?

I'm guessing people into foreign MMO's have come across this one at some point. LOST Online Rebirth.

Ran by hangame (http://lostonline.hangame.co.jp/) or mgame (http://lostonline.mgame.jp/).

Now, can i play this from the USA? If so, are their any english players or english communities in them?

If so, can you direct me to them, and is this game even worth playing?

If no, can you possibly direct me to an MMO like this that i can play, foreign or not? I'm a big fan of games of this style, kind of similar to dark eden except its so hard to find info on playing the game and the playerbase is mostly spanish people so.
