Open Beta already? Sheesh, the closed beta was so buggy it didn't even seem like it was ready for open beta anytime soon. I guess there's publisher pressure for them to get it out already -- way too many translation errors and game breaking glitches.

It's really not a new idea for free 2 play games. Open beta is essentially the "get out of jail free card" where they charge you money while still "testing and improving"

It actually isnt to bad. My friend has early foundry access. It has alot of interesting skill builds and pvp. It reminds me of RaiderZ alot, but now it has a dragon concept. You can tame dragons and use them as mount or companion. The game is pretty grindy, so I hope you like that. It has alot of bosses and party dungeon instances. But you can actually solo alot, even party content. If you know what you're doing. That being said. It isnt the greatest game ever. There is still alot of polishing to do. And content missing. I'm interested in how this game will develop. There is tons of content and even more to come.

On a serious note, this game sucks. I played Closed Beta for an hour and uninstalled it.
This game might have been nice five or six years ago, but now there are too many good f2p or b2p mmos on the market to even give this game a second glance.

Besides that capturing dragons is pretty sweet

I've played the CB when it released, and yesterday I was expecting the same shitty bugged game it was on CB. To my surprise, the game has improved a lot, A LOT.
They added dodge for all classes (a new stamina bar to dodge/run faster), improved several game features and even graphics.
The game is not awesome and has many flaws, but it's better than the majority of F2P crap that tends to release these days. The Cash Shop is not very expensive either, which is nice. You can also gain CS currency through the AH or buy anything from CS with tokens from daily quests (similar to RoM, but you can buy anything...tho it takes a while to buy the more expensive stuff). It has some P2W crap from a first look point of view...but the time will tell.
In about two months, they changed the game completely, and it's not because is a localization of an old asian game since it's releasing nearly at the same time as the TW server. (about 3 weeks of delay or so).
And btw, for once the NA version was shittier than EU version. The build version was the same, but I saw NA had a lot of server issues, lag and so on...EU server works (during CB as well) just fine and yesterday they did a flawless pre-release...let's see if today they can keep it or if the servers will explode as always.

I remember issues even on other EU releases. Servers being split doesn't mean they can't crash the launcher or anything...and the majority of people plays on english server anyways. It's not like NA has only one server...and they already had issues during the early access.
The NA CB at the beggining had even less players than EU, and it still had plenty of server issues, lag and so on...population didn't cause that back then. It's SoE...
