    Default Gaming laptop

Hey, I am going to keep this short and sweet.
I am currently looking at buying a alienware 17x.
I am a major gamer, and am looking for a LAPTOP that will support my gaming lifestyle.

I like to be able to play any game i put my sights on, does it have to be max settings? no, but I do not want to play games on the lowest possible setting and STILL have fps problems, as i do now.

I usually dont go a day without playing a mmorpg/mmo of sorts, and i usually dont play less than 2 hours a day.

I wanted to buy it on amazon, because it seems i can get a better deal, however I don't know if i can trust amazon for things like computers... thoughts?

    Money:
Money isn't too bad of an issue but other alternatives that are cheaper are always on my mind of course, I just don't want to gimp performance, to money since i am going to be using this a lot and hopefully for a good amount of time.

    Thank you

I just recently looked into gaming laptops. If you're really looking for one I suggest the lenovo website.

    http://shop.lenovo.com/SEUILibrary/c...ef-id=products

This is the Canadian website but the y series is what you want. The y500 is on sale and can go for 1000$

I should update this but all my effort went into writing this lousy excuse.
