Default got realm reborn email? how do i know if it's legit?

so i just got an email an hour ago with a final fantasy realm reborn key and some links about a few hours ago.

i use gmail, so i don't know if its possible for someone to spoof an email addy.
not sure about the links, but i need some way to verify if this email is legit or not.
i don't want to just click the links and risk my pc or any of my info.

They have been sending out tons of them after the E3 announces yesterday so I'm sure its legit. If you're that worried open the site directly:
    http://www.finalfantasyxiv.com/prepa.../index_na.html
    and register your key.

The addresses you posted are all subdomains of the square-enix.com domain so it should be completely legit.
