Well, to add something along the way: IMO since wikileaks failed to keep Manning save, there is no purpose to use if for anything but fragments of minor importance. If it's really a big enough leak, you will be personally identified. You don't gain anything for using Wikileaks as a middleman. It's just another layer of fake security. If you can't protect your own identity, no one really can help you with that by means of you giving them your identity and them protecting it for you.

The idea of Wikileaks is kinda stupid in hindsight.
