Ok, I'm going to give you some CC that I know for a fact you won't take into account (Because you never do)
The bell thing or whatever it's supposed to be is not in sync for most of the song, which is absolutely VITAL - Seriously, if you can't even sync parts after doing this for so long, then I don't know what to say.
The song has no flow. You need to seriously listen to the parts after you've created them, and look at how you're transitioning between parts - It isn't fluid at all.
The bell thing (again) doesn't fit with the rest of it, most likely because the sound doesn't extend long enough. Lengthen the sound, and sync it, and it just might fit in a bit better (Even if the song would still be bad)
It's called hardstyle ya scrub.

Hes just tryin to make darker versions of it.
Shit was all out of beat Duby this time. Listen to what I linked and listen carefully. I know you're goin for the darker style but just listen to the beat, the rhythm, and how it flows.

before you try again, listen to hours of it. hours and hours. LISTEN. Don't just let it paly, but listen to the parts and how they fit together.
