What is the thing where I can emulate my phone on the PC? I want to register for Instagram as Maple or Phenoca but I don't have an internet subscription on my phone nor have I ever used phone apps which I apparently need in order to register..? How do I emulate my phone on the PC and transfer the app from the PC to the phone or use my wireless network to access the internet on my phone?

Just connect your phone to wifi? Also you can just register an instagram account from their website.

If you have a smart phone, you can use wireless through your router. If you have any console it's pretty much the same process.
I'm pretty sure you've gotta download them straight from your phone. Maybe you might be able to download it to your SD card.
But that's a maybe, I'd suggest you research bout your phone first. No one knows which files you have to put it in or if it'll work for that matter.

If your phone has wifi then you can download it while it's on wifi. 3g/4g connection is only required to transfer data outside of hotspot areas. Also if your phone is rooted you can always sideload apps.
