Need a game. What are you playing?

I've been around a lot of mmo's in my days and I haven't committed to one in a long time. I haven't really seen a lot of ground breaking games out right now, but it seems there are a lot of good upcoming games for the future. However that doesn't help me because I'd like a good game that would be good to get into now. Maybe a newer game? Leave me suggestions, Thanks!

What are you looking for in a game? Will you give me some examples of games you've played that are similar to what you're searching for?

I've played LoL, Runes of magic (loved that one for years), allods, lineage 2, everquest...I mean mostly I play fantasy and I really don't want to jump in a game that's been around since my grandpas been alive because I won't be able to catch up. I'm looking for fantasy, open world, lots of content, and good guild system.
