SOE usually offers (or they used to, anyways) sever transfer services. Usually it cost money, so not sure if you'd want to pursue it. Your best bet is to contact customer support and ask them.

It's all good dude, last I heard EU servers were empty.
US isn't as active as it once was. (Open world PVP was a riot... literally)

It is for the most part, it's gotten a lot better since they released the "complete" edition which add most of the content excluding the two new dlc packs added this year. Most of the paid dlc is just extra content thats not super required.

Yeah, specific dlcs give new powers, theres one that gives green lantern powers, one that gives earth elemental powers, one that gives lightning (think flash) powers, one that gives quantam (gravity and stuff) powers, and the newest dlc gives celestial powers (think raven). One thing thats awesome is that every powerset can go dps or one of three specialized roles, tank, healer, or controller.

Edit: Someone beat me to it.

The shield weapon style also comes from DLC

Don't mention it, I'd probably play again but I've got far too much work and school on my plate and don't have the room to fit any more games to play.

You can pay a month of Legendary status and create your characters with the new DLC powers/weapon. When your month is over you are moved to Premium status but you get to keep your DLC characters.
