RPG Video Game Study

Hello Gaming Community,
I am a psychology major at Asbury University. We are conducting research on how video games may help people. The current study being conducted is how people relate to the video game avatars they play as. We need people who play video games a good amount of time to take this survey. Is this another of those scams that make people fill out surveys in order to make money for the person who posted it, cause it seems like it.

Definitely sounds like it.... if it really was a survey in early development perhaps it would be all of 2 minutes -- 10 questions -- get your feet wet in terms of percentages, gamer types, and backgrounds?

People come to OnRPG all the time for these surveys for school and whatnot. They need to survey people so they can write papers and crap on it.

It could be possible that the OP is being paid by someone to get people to take the survey, but the survey itself seems legit and it doesn't ask you for any personal information, nor to complete and "deals" or crap.
