    Default Looking for New MMORPG

I am looking for an MMORPG but I have a little trouble with Latency. I usually has 700 ms of latency when I am playing a game with a way to track it. I ran into a few games recently where people were complaining about my dps or they just called me a lagger. Also a game where I had to actually pick up the items and it took for ever with how fast I was killing. I am looking for a fun game that my latency won't either be so bad to where I can work with it.
My specs are AMD Athlon II 170u processor
    3GB DDR3 RAM
    NVIDIA GeForce 9200
    Windows 7
Sattlite INternet with up to 10 Mbps speed

    Thanks in advance

Unfortunately, Fairyland 2 has been shut down by IAH Games. I don't know of another publisher, but it'd be awesome if there was one.

Well to be honest I am not sure how to take my computer apart to upgrade it is an all in one computer. Also for the my latency I can't really fix that I live in the middle of nowhere and its the only type of internet I can get other than dial up which is worse.
