battlefield 3's single player is hella dumb. bad writing, bad scripting. nice graphics and sound wasted on a bad game.

assassin's creed 3 ain't so bad. pretty and immersive, surprisingly decent writing. not sure why people hate it so far

uncharted 3 is fun while you're playing it, but afterwards you wonder why. the writing is really boring.

if you like heavy metal play brutal legend. brilliant art, humour, music... the rts part is ehh, but whatever.

Champions of Regnum: A really good RvR open PvP game setup like DAOC but without crafting. Possibly best balanced pvp in the industry.
