It's a proxy and it's safe. Good for anonymous internet browsing and all the exploits that come with anonymity. If you are botting in a game then you are better off renting a private proxy server with a specific IP. I haven't tried either but from what I've heard TOR is good for anonymity on the internet. You can still be wiretapped though.

There's too much illegal stuff on TOR for me to consider it being safe to discuss on OnRPG. :/
