Well, literally, the devs come on and ask what players would like. straight up in chat, the lead developer Chris The Avatar will come on and take feedback for a few hours every night from all players.

I've only played a few weeks and they already put in a feature I suggested about auto-running . Right now they're putting in a new questing system that a brand-new player suggested! - check out the Updates section and see the thanks to players who suggested changes. They don't really advertise that they are about feedback, it is just what they do.
