I base sexual attractiveness on facial bone structure, body structure, altruism, intelligence, pretty hair, bust size, my relationship with the person, and what mood I am in. Thankfully, anything a person is lacking-in can be fantasized, since humans are so inherently good at hallucinating.

A motherly woman, loving, caring. Long hair, homely personality. Long hair is amazing. Lovely voice too. (Doesn't have to be "Seductive" or "Overly Cute" just... soothing.)

To me, it's usually the bosom size and the ratio of the body's curves, etc.
