    People matter more than materials. If you have a good relationship with your mom, I encourage you to either move to be with her or have her move near you. If you love her, miss her, and want to see her, there's pretty much no reason not to make that happen.

    The question I have for you is this:
    Are you convinced, that moving back home would really restore your esprit?

    Either you think that everything is going to change, or you will still have to go through the same routine you do now, just at home.

    It's not easy to let some roots go, but your mum probably has a good bearing on what your situation is. Can you talk with her about all that? Maybe you ought to go see her, to get some energy back into you?

    Moving and giving up what you do now sounds drastic. Don't do it if you can't name clear and definite benefits, that you can make real, that are in your power to change. Get everything there lined up, before you jump ship, don't chase a pipe dream.
