    Man, I would of went insane if I found out that stuff happened to me. It's sort of amazing to me that he didn't . Is it possible to sue the goverment for that type of stuff? If it isn't....then damn man .

    He could sue 3 governments actually, and he could do it all with the shittiest lawyer he could possibly find, and win. Canada falsified information about him, the US deported him without sufficient evidence and tricked him into admitting to crimes that he did not do, and Syria tortured him. There's no doubt at all that this guy is going to get a few million dollars of compensation.

    Then he would be really crazy if he DIDN'T sue them. Unless he has a really good reason not to.....but there's none.

    Actully, only two.
    The prision was only located in Syria. It was US owned and operated.

    Now, what Canada was bad, but the US broke the Geneva Convention laws, yet again, by TORTURING him.
    There are "secret" prisions(recently leaked, so not so secret anymore) around the world owned and ran by the US goverment where they torture people. The local goverment of the country doesn't know whats going on in there even, and in many of those countrys it's illegal by that country's law what is being done.

    Ok I don't think you guys should be saying it's just one country's fault. All 3 countries were to blame. The poor guy, I don't know why he isn't sueing, I'd sue the asses off all the governments >.>
