    I restarted my characters, it'll take quite some time to level up to kill BAMs again. Regardless, I'm getting a PS4 on Friday and/or Saturday along with FFXIV for PS4. So I'll be busy learning the controller for it. Good luck to those who desire to participate.

    Only plays Magic DPS Classes, Healers and Machinist/Engineers.

    I got to the level cap as a Mystic, only to realize my guild had like 10 to many healers and not enough tanks. Started over as a lancer and just gave up.

    I've been on the newbie island so many times now that I eventually got sick and tired of getting sicking and tired of the game and stopped playing altogether.

    I picked up a Mystic with four other friends and then this event started the day after. Conveniently, we chose to level up solely by BAM farming and the occasional dungeon run. It was mostly the former, though. Nice timing to say the least. Hoping to reach max level this time, maybe. >.>

    At the rate its going I hardly doubt itl even reach 500.000 ...

    The numbers you have to kill are just impossible to reach ...

    Drop rate is insanely low which is a huge turn off for many players which obviously will make it impossible to reach.

    Odds are they'll tweak the event soon anyway.. Enmasse is usually pretty good with adjusting events to make them more fair.

    Tera was really fun...
    Did they fix the massiv lags caused by the UI during nexus-times?
    It was unplayable for me - even with a good system.

    Blame flash, since that's what they were using.

    Good game, but waiting for that huge update to hit english Tera before I return (the one that raises the lvl cap and introduces those cool flying guild castles).

    Shame the game is still just as boring even with the "fun" event going on. Not really worth going back, even with the level cap increase unless you really really liked the game.

    It went from 271,000 or so to about 330,000 in about 5 hours. Don't tell me the GMs themselves aren't killing BAMs.

    Started to download. Got to "playable" on the streaming client. Can't log in. The launcher just closes and reopens.

    Tera is a very popular game, very popular. I'm 100% sure people are just hunting bams, if you look at the forums there are threads of people saying "They feel pressured to kill bams". On another note, even if the population is high. That is some absurd amount of monsters needed to be killed.

    I just don't get why MMO hoppers bother complaining about MMOs especially the "boring" comments. TERA is by far one of the most fun games on the market, especially since it's not held by a terrible team (looking at you Snail).

    Because Tera has really fun gameplay but the quest and exp grind in general make it as stale as any other mmo. If they actually added more options to leveling like pvp and dungeon straight through like WoW did more people would enjoy it, especially since some areas literally just shove you against a giant exp wall where the quests end up not giving enough exp, forcing you to grind nearby mobs until you hit the next level.

    You should never need to grind mobs, there's more than enough quests to keep questing to cap. You'll hit the level cap long before you can get through all the quest zones in the game. Also after you hit lvl 30 you can do pvp all the way until the cap if you want to.

    Indeed. There's usually 1-3 areas people actually skip. Like the spider zone near the quarantined village.

    I do like TERA, a lot. But some of its systems are just, meh. The crafting overhaul is one of the things I don't like. Although I probably don't need all that stamina anyway. Another thing I didn't like was the fact that they used Flash, of all things, to render the HUD / GUI. The game is also an x86 / 32-Bit program, so it has a hard time on processors that are meant for multi-threading. I also really like the direction they've gone for some of the story, adding solo versions of them so that people can still enjoy the story on their own terms. I'm also really glad they added PVE Servers, and didn't totally focus on PVP all this time. Another thing I don't like is the fact that enemies have homing versions of spells that player classes use (Fireball, Cleric's main left-click attack.)

    Another thing I don't like is that they've constantly said that making a console version of the game would be too much, and that there would be two versions of the same client with different features. Unfortunately for them, they snuck a controller system for TERA into the PC client, so they don't really have an excuse anymore. (But from what I hear, the controller system is very limited and buggy.)

    They should also make it so all cash shop items are not tradable, like Vindictus did, to prevent the direct trade of in-game currency via that.

    Edit: Looks like they silently changed tier 1 from 500,000 to 750,000. Really? Really Enmasse?

    So much for most popular game. BAM after that nerf take 1min to kill doesn't mather what level you are if you're killing same level bam.
    By the amount of BAMs they killed so far, it seems only 400 people are hunting for them, if you go by 1min per kill rule.

    And EU Tera is dead. There's no que for BGs.

    I thought they weren't going to apply that to US and EU servers. Did they ever patch the warriors being able to skip past barriers? If not I might pick up the game again. Now that I can dual-box it'll be much easier to farm stuff with healer buffs.

    I like how people already have bronze store capes even though the bronze store isn't out. I also like how they silently updated the next tier, again, without notice (From 1 Million to 1.5 Million)
