I just got a freaking email about settlement of lawsuit against the site Rhapsody >.>
Saying if I signed up between April 1, 2010 and August 14, 2014, (Which I know I did)
And were billed by and paid subscription charges to Rhapsody International Inc., then I may be affected by a proposed class action settlement.

The hell?

I have a couple of options with the court now.

Do Nothing. I remain a part of the Settlement Class. But, I give up any rights to sue Rhapsody separately about the same legal claims that were brought or could have been brought in the lawsuit.

Object.
Opt Out.
Go to the settlement hearing.
Deadlines.

Whattt isss thisss?

I haven't used Rhapsody in awhile but I'm sure I was subscribed within their time frame...

why would u want to sue rhapsody, seems more trouble than it's worth, even if u make a bit of money at their expense.
