Crafting isnt imbalanced at all really. It just lets you fine tune an item to suit your needs a bit better. Like if an item I really like has mp regen on it that I dont really need I can swap it out for some hp regen or a small bit of power or something.

Its also information my opponent can freely look at and not sneaky hidden power.

"New". Didn't know people on this forum knew anything about comedy. It's far from new, it's been in beta for quite a long time now and it's not too shabby. Just seems to hate my computer for some reason but I did enjoy it for how stupidly easy the mechanics were, least when I played anyways.

I'm a fan of it. Just don't have enough time to play it anymore. They put the crafting system through the stringer and rebalanced it well. Now if you make a stupidly OP item, it's going to cost you a fortune to actually build it in-game. But having that item available can be quite handy if a game stretches on past the 40 minute mark.

Yeah I havent tried the crafting yet, except for the little tutorial ingame but I'm really loving it.
Ive tried Dota & HoN in the past and just couldnt get into them and after playing LoL for so many years I'm a bit over it. This game strikes a nice balance between the 2 and its so fun! Also love how I can get SEA games since im Australian. Nothing worse than playing a MOBA with lag. I would play Smite if it wasn't for that :P

Apparently its much more balanced and now with 20 heroes a bit more interesting

Actually just crafted my first 2 items! Dunno how I went, but the crafting system is pretty rad

Strife is alright. But I prefer Dawngate in terms of ''new Moba''. It does alot of things right imo.

1 week ago S2 games sacked 35 employees because Strife is still terrible.

If only they spent that money on improving HoN instead.

I'm willing to try it. I do like the graphics of the game, but learning all the heroes, champions, and now pets, is going to be a bit annoying.

They fired some people unrelated to development as well. My PR rep is no longer with them. I haven't gotten contacted by a replacement so guess they're just outsourcing it going forward.

I don't think its nearly as innovative as they keep advertising it...

Me neither but I went into the game with no expectations and I was really impressed by the polish of the game in general

Did they fix vision? sometimes you couldn't see things you were supposed+on top of that the towers in jungle had a really short radius of sight.
These were the biggest issue for me, the first was a bug so I cant hold it against the team but not being able to watch monkey despite how quickly and early it can be cleared was silly.

Its really not but its still a bit of fun.

The thing that gets me is all the steps they took to make the game "less toxic" yet the community is among the worst I have seen since I leveled up past 5. My new favorite insult people sling around is "go back to League." I assume they say this coz the perception is that League is for filthy casuals but I dont think they understand how much more casual Strife is. Its perplexing.

U basically want power ->attack speed -> crit. I find the recommended builds pretty spot on tbh.
Its weird though, Caprice for example feels like an ADC but most people build her more Power/ability damage focused. I dunno, the items are weird man haha
