I'm planning a Cast on Crit - Flamesurge build with the Oro's Sacrifice Unique Sword for the new patch. Oro's Sacrifice does fire damage so every time I crit the enemy burns and I get a Frenzy Charge (for flicker strike upkeep) and the burn also enhances the damage of Flamesurge if the Cast on Crit procs.

    Such excitement!!

    I really hope it works.

I hate how PoE has you rely on like 2(?) skills the entire ****ing game. So boring.

Quite frankly, any player who hasn't learned the META, been there when the META changes, and pay attention to what happens with the community will have an opinion that isn't so accurate of the entire game.

This game is NOT FUN on your first day. You need to understand this game, you need to put time into learning everything, or else you'll just have an awful experience.

Once you've played so long, you'll notice that the one skill you use to murder everything isn't just one skill. You will appreciate the skill build behind it and the many other configurations that allow you to come to the point where you are.

If you aren't going to experience the journey then you aren't going to like the game.

    Want an example?
Tornado shot. I clear efficiently and I live a life where I kill before I am killed.
The build focuses only the right amount of life, immense speed, and deadly damage.
I supplement myself with 3-4 auras to make my character even better.
I supplement my Tornado shot with supports that make it into a destructive force so strong it earns its rightful place in the current META.

All this is done from scratch and on a small budget, that's how good this build is.

When you can appreciate everything that goes into your build, this game is absolutely amazing.

hey it didnt kill diablo2's success either, aslong the gameplay is solid i dont mind using only a select few skills. personally i am lazy and dont feel like using a keyboard at all lol

Some people can come up with such crazy creative builds. I wish I were half as creative as some of them. I remember when I first saw the Romira's Banquet + Resolute Technique Cold Snap build. I thought that was insane.

    Then this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Bb1YTNCvZT4

    Mind = Blown.

A shame you can't reset skills freely. This game would be much more enjoyable for me if I could just reset skills at any point to try out different things. Instead I have follow guides by someone else because I don't want to screw up.

Also, I'm surprised people spend money on this game considering the constant rubberbanding issues. I lost count of how many times I died because of desync. It's ridiculous.
