Reputation: 16There are good times and bad times, most people tend to take the good times for granted and don't see it, they see only the bad times. Nothing lasts forever, things will change through time. Just let fate carry you forward when you are lost, and eventually you'll find your place in time. This being said by me, who has had 4 suicide attempts including a intentional drug overdose and jumping off a 40 feet building. I have many experiences with depression and know how it is felt. If you really feel you need the help, I recommend checking into the hospital's emergency room before you do anything suicidal.

Anyways do you feel "depressed", as in having a low mood for prolonged time, with no proportional cause you can identify, or do you feel "sad" as in you feel like your mood is down in accordance with a cause for that?
Both feel similar, but when the root is different, dealing with it takes different approaches.
Concerning the time of the year, not feeling all too great is quite common. Make yourself a warm cup of tea and take a few minutes to slow down, is what I would suggest. Maybe things arent just as grim as they look right now. You can try to get some person you trust to talk about how you feel, but dont get your hopes up that they will be all too supportive. Not only is it hard to emphazise and exhausting, but also they might be feeling similar at this moment at this time of the year. It can help to selflishly unload though.
I also drew you a picture of a cat, a bird and a mouse in cheery yellow, to cheer you up.
