i gotto say i am really, REALLY impressed on how well my dusty old ps4 is handling the fps in this game, or i should say i'm impressed with how well platinumgames optimized it. even with all the particles going on it stays stable.

the screenshot thread was never exclusive to mmorpg's really. with how the mmo genre is going downhill these past few years, since everyone seems finally fed up with all the cash grab anime style clones theres not much else we can discuss here besides the 1000th WoW or FFXIV topic. But if this triggers you i suggest making a mmo-only screenshot thread yourself. If it does well (and thats a big IF) we may be able to split up the screenshot threads.

sorry for the half second sound delay. whenever i pause my broadcast while streaming from my ps4 on twitch it tends to add this sound delay ;( but with all the action going on it shouldn't be that much of a problem.

They're allowed and have been for a long time, even more so now that the section for non mmo games was closed down due to spam. Not only that, but some of the reviewers for this site also have covered a number of other popular non mmo games, even mobile ones. Hell the most recent review has been on Persona 5.

You're more than welcome to post your own videos and/or screenshots from the mmorpgs you play if you want to see more interesting content from them. Otherwise you'll have to wait until some of the regulars start focusing back on to the usual mmos they post stuff from (which is going to be a while because there's a lot of good games coming out between now and next year).

a little town called Seafront, it has a really nice atmosphere and very relaxing music playing. i think i like the music in this game even better than Automata.




i gotto say when i first started with Nier: Gestalt, my expectations were low due to the setback to ps3 graphics and 720p. i was also warned about clunky gameplay. but i gotto say i am somewhat enjoying it. its simple, grindy. but acceptable. the voice actor for Grimoire Weiss is just perfect, the conversations between the book and the main protagonist always crack me up. every place's atmosphere gets intensified tenfold due to the music though, which is quite a feat on its own. I haven't gotten much into the story yet because i've spend all my time doing fishing, farming and fetchquests lol. i guess its the nier hype i am trapped in that makes me enjoy all these things.

it´s been fun so far, it´s a mix of dungeon crawler with open world areas, the combat is ok and yes the landscapes/locations are indeed very nice. I just don't like the locked classes :/

Been holding off on playing much of anything aside from Rocket League until I upgrade my computer.
Going to upgrade my 2 970s to a 1080ti so I can play more games in 4k.

Only mmo i play nowadays and will be playing for a long time ... still like it ... progressing slowly on HC in a more casual guild nowadays doing all the WQ's got few legendaries on few chars and such
