thanks man, just knowing im still getting xp even though im capped is a great motivation to not give up just yet. but im still very disappointed about the rank up system and having to wait 24 hours on failing lol. on top of that im just terrible at stealth in games so i wonder how many days this is gonna take me. the most frustrating part is that the practice run and real deal seem to be so different. i always throw my glaive at the middle guy in test 3 as soon it spawns, but when i did this in the real test i got detected 3 times in a row. ill try the 'standing on pillar' approach but i have been caught a few times even on the test2 area ledge, from test 3 enemies. i feel like this test went trough a lot of patches to make it harder. since ive also seen youtube videos where people were able to crouch at the start of the test3 area without being detected.
somehow i feel like the practice run and real run are on 2 different patch builds, they are on edge way more in the real test. sometimes randomly reacting to even the sound of my glaive.

Yeah I've failed a few tests and was kinda salty because a few of them you only get one shot. Completed one but got dced and it counted as a failure .

Lol I was doing the same thing at first. Didn't realize tracing gave you more gems . It's pretty cool that both fishing and mining are brief but active minigames.

did you manage to catch any fish using bait yet? so far no luck here lol. i wish the lures and dyes were re-usable blueprints, they seem too expensive for what they do.
i really hope they expand on the fishing feature like giving you competitions and stats and stuff lol, unless its there but im unaware of it :P

my biggest catch so far, he was so fat he couldnt even move in the lake xD

Nah I have not tried it yet, mostly been mining; I'm gonna do a bit of fishing in a bit. Mostly been trying to get Gara's BPs and some of the new mods from the Bounties. They might start doing some kind of fishing contests in discord groups/Reddit later lol. Would be interesting to see a in game one for rewards. I heard night time fishing is pretty good though.

A lot of people feel doing stealth kills is harder in melee range for the test, yet you found it easy to do lol. Congrats on completing the test. I knew you'd get it, probably all you needed was a break . Not too much longer until you have access to all the MR locked content.

Nice Saryn Prime too (color). She's a decent frame with the right mods.

today i tried out banshee and a new weapon called Opticor, but i'm sure you know all about them :P
definitely my favorite weapon so far, i can see myself wielding this for a long time. as for banshee, its great just aoe nuking everything lol. especially during vault protection in the plains.

people in the clan im in are not convinced yet but i feel like they did some tweaking to spear damage in the hotfix today. can't one shot some fish anymore without the right type spear which is a good change imo. makes all the spears useful. cant wait to see what other changes they have in store for fishing. if they could just have all their devs focus on that it would be great xD

its a tough choice lol but my top 3 right now is probably
1. saryn prime, looks amazing, can spread rapid diseases filling the entire screen with sweet numbers and seem to synergize great with my current favorite weapon, the opticor. downside of this one however it seems to be less efficient in higher level maps where spores dont do the job and your clone gets one shot :P
2. Nehza, as fragile as she is, its just so much fun running around the plains like sonic, burning everything in your path while you got a health bubble up.
3. Frost prime, sorta my first warframe and i still love him for just his frost bubble which makes defend mechanics a lot easier.
oberon nova and valkyr were interesting as well, as for rhino im not sure yet, maybe later :P
anyway here's what i got right now, and im interested in what some of your favorites are as well :P + their screenshots


running 4 warframe twitch streams at the same time for twitch drops really payed off, lol. 350 useless firecracker drops later (and lots of other wonderful loot) and the Vectis prime rifle finally dropped! including catalyst and free weapon slot. the design on it looks great, its like a really fast sniper rifle with barely any reload times.


edit: for those unaware you can get a free Halloween themed color pack right now in the market for customization. also, twitch drops can get u the smoke color pack. (i bought the color pack alpha right before this event so im glad i didnt get any duplicates lol)

Damn didn't know they were giving away Vectis Prime from the stream viewing thing; that's pretty cool. They've been giving away a lot of Primes recently. Smart move taking advantage of that.

I see you got a collection going, nice . You've seen my favorite frame, Equinox, in the videos before. When I first started playing, Mag was my fav followed by Trinity. I use their prime variants mostly for fun nowadays. The other frame I tend to use for multiple purpose/endgame stuff is Banshee Prime.

nice cant wait to try out equinox, got a couple of parts now but today has been too busy in warframe lol. started getting into corrupted mods, got a 75% discount on platinum and found out ember is my new favorite warframe :P love her together with the weapon Ignis.

Gara turned out to be a lot more defensive then i thought. maybe even a better defender than frost lol. here you can see the 22meter radius glass wall thats immune to damage, nor can be trespassed by enemies. those poor bubbles get little to no use now :P

Yeah Equinox is a beast, def get her =P.

Apparently Gara can be built offensively and defensively from what people have been chatting up a storm about. The way her abilities interact with each other allow for some pretty nice damage, but from what I've been messing with her in the Simulacrum and during long runs, she's way more useful as a Defensive/Support type frame. Not only does her Mass Vitrify block out enemies, it also blocks out the fireblasts from Eximus units, which Frost's Snowglobe doesn't. Though you can only have one MV out at a time, with duration based mods, you can have it out for well over a min, which is a really long time. Not only that, but her Splinter Storm can be cast on herself and allies for 90% damage reduction, making her the most useful tank in the game (next to an Equinox with her MV ability on that is).


Frost is still useful for being able to slow down enemies with his Snowglobe, and a single Frost can put up 4 Defensive barriers at a time, as opposed to just one with Gara, so for Excavations and Interceptions, Frost can still be useful. Unless the are multiple Gara around, which is a different story =P.

This is my current build for her, (I need to Forma her two more times so I can fit the last mod).



Even with the lack of Range, due to the long duration extending the MV, I can put up a decent enough sized area to ward off attacks, have access to the 90% damage reduction, and have a low Energy cost per cast.



Loving how Casting MV refreshes SS as well.

Gara is about to be my new favorite frame.

Ember just obliterates a lot of low to mid level content pretty quick. She is fun to use .

at the start of this week i tried getting into the warframe market website and so far it has gotten me easily over 100platinum a day lol, looks like ill never have to pay again.


ranking up has been going fine too, after the horror that was the rank9 test i just went trough tests up till rank 14 like it was a walk in the park.
starting to slow down a little though because a lot of weapon blueprints require forma's, and even though twitch drops got me a total of 60 blueprints now, sadly i cant make them fast enough :P its tempting to just rush some orders if my platinum goes out of control.

i heard some stories about the rank19 test and some other hard ones lol. but i got a little more patience now since not too much seems to be locked behind MR anymore after rank 14. still having a great time with ember and the weapon tigris prime. even though World on Fire wont kill any level 40 and beyond anymore, my tigris still will while theyre all panicking and burning :P

completed the second dream quest last night and got to make a character in the not-so-impressive character creator, next i had to spend a hour learning about the focus system on youtube and wiki because dayum i was confused. looks like my operator is still pretty useless until the War within quest lol. and here i thought i could kill those disgusting Eidolon Vomvalyst's that keep bothering me while im fishing lol. nope

well if you insist lol.
like.. the facial features are in the right spot, but that nose and lips are just ugh. no idea how to change it. also for some reason the most pale skin color is still kinda dark, which is what i'm using.


Valkyr Prime together with the Atterax weapon seems solid for higher level content, but i had to make my slide attack into a macro with this insane attack speed, which is thankfully allowed.
i dont even have Berserker or Maiming strike yet.


in other news, i received 2 copyright strikes again on youtube-.- and they removed some pretty sweet music. (akira ending theme and Phillip glass-the grid) both pretty darn old and i had the videos up for YEARS! so why now?
i guess we're progressing to a age where we cant find any movies or music on free video websites anymore.
