GTA V is really demanding maxing everything when you are in a place with a lot of high grass.
Going from very high to ultra can drop frame rate immensely but to me it's worth it for the additional foliage and shadows.

It depends on where I am in the game.
Some places I get 60fps (vsync enabled).
The most demanding places with tons of high grass, while standing in it, will drop my fps to the mid 30s.

Just tried out the new Final Fantasy 14 DirectX 11 benchmark.
It runs much much better than the old DirectX 9 version.
My two scores at 1440p resolution and 4k resolution at maximum settings are below.

Game is pretty good, but I find the customization pretty limited when you can't touch the beauty shop. Combat is pretty damn fun, and I live in the netherlands but get around the 75-150ms. Not sure about how many free costumes are in the game, but I haven't gotten any new look in 17lvls. It's pretty much your normal korean grindfest, though. You level 10x faster by just standing in a busy field and beat the hell out of everything, than following quests. They're more for contribution, energy and extra skill points/exp.
