As far as I know the english patch didn't work anymore back in 4.04 and everything english community related should be non-existent now.

it's easy because the leveling progress is not the point of the game atm. wait until you get to Plains Gate zone, which is the highest zone out atm....if you wanna progress through the higher tiers, you gotta be geared and know boss mechanics.
until that zone, the game literally s**** feeds you gear and exp-related items....

Going to use my old account which had a lvl243 max and a lvl209 Tiel. I should have enough money to actually gear up a new character, except if the economy ended up even more fvcked up than it was years ago.
