Combat is pretty fluid, tho a little bland when you just start 'cos of the lack of skills and abilities. My only gripe so far is the ftg system itself and you don't get refunded ftg if you dc in instance. Would be nice if I can continue farming the dungeon for quest completion/achievements/reduced drops at 0ftg.

I just turn off VPN after I hit "Game Start" on the launcher, right before whatever hackshield program they're using loads. Connects just fine. You can even download the client without VPN just by turning it off when it starts.

Even turning AA off it still is lagging like hell i dont even know why, maybe i gotta install it new or smthng :Splaying with the character creator till i can create a darn char on gilgamesh which is currently locked out.

reducing anti aliasing gives the biggest fps boost for this game, but it also makes it more blurry as if its running on a lower resolution.
sadly i decided the game wasnt for me. even though i loved the setting, the combat is just terrible imo. the low to the ground camera with blurred background while having absolutely no clue whats gonna attack you other then the single target you have a lock on is a deal breaker. not to mention i feel like my 2 other ai companions are not even there. good thing i "tried" the game before i decided to buy it. i think this may actually be the first final fantasy i dislike lol. heres hoping for some camera mod.
i did upload the full opening/intro(+awesome game menu theme song) in jp audio and english subs before i uninstalled for those interested.

Started my circlet farm. It's insanely rare in the corsica cave you can access in the first area. Also a great place to level all characters to 22-25.

Final boss of the CBT (Lv25 cap)
Boss one-shotted me on several occasions, and spammed AoEs everywhere. Was a pretty tough fight while rolling through them.

It's pretty much the same, except higher resolutions and motion blur + speed increases. I'm still bothered by how much easier it is compared to the PSP version. Like... agito mode is pretty much easier than the psp version. Only difference is that with the agito version mobs do 10x more damage, due to the level being 40+. I do like that they fixed Jack. He was so clunky and hard to play in the psp version.
