really difficult to switch between characters on the fly because unlike console controllers, you need to input multiple keys at once to switch characters...in the heat of battle I am just unable to do that.
I really want to beat this game on hard mode...I really do, but SC doesn't even regenerate when I am low...so I can't attack, AI is pretty shitty....and the item fusing/skill sets/gear setup/etc/etc/etc....I even read up on them but the information is just overwhelming...I did not experience this when I played ToS and ToA....

    what a downer.
Item fusing isn't something to fuss about in the first 25 hours of the game, I am still using a weapon I got 15 hours ago simply cause I don't need to upgrade.

And I can only recommend getting a controller, this game is shit on keyboard+mouse, it's just not really doable.

I don't know how new you are to the series as a whole, but you might just have to drop the difficulty a bit till you can get over that overwhelming feeling. Not regening SC is a bit weird cause just holding block will allow you to regen to full in no time.
Don't forget to rest at an inn every now and then cause your initial SC will drop over time till you just end up with 0 SC at the start of a fight, a rest at the inn or eating snacks that you characters make with snack preperation will fill it back up (snacks only do 5-15 per).

damnit why make a PC port if a controller is still needed?

and the SC decreasing after every battle bit...I did not know that happened~ maybe that was why I was running out of SC so fast if I fought every single monster I see on the open field...
guess I will have to tone difficulty down to Moderate...blehh

    edit: would you recommend a ps3/4 or a xbone/xbox 360 controller?

Katz corner makes it look like you're on some shrooms

Also managed to beat the final boss on Intense mode. No idea how I did it with my gear, lol.

It took me quite a while as well to figure out the SC reducing, cause I visited inns on regular basis for the food buffs it gave.

Personal preference on the controller, xbone/x360 is easier recognized by windows, but if you prefer a ps3/4 controller that works just as well (keep in mind you will have x360 buttons on screen and not playstation ones). I personally play with a ps3 controller and it works just fine, just have to know where the x360 buttons are located on the playstation pad.

This was one intense fight! (also killed it on intense difficulty)

The AI died so often that I got 0 grade, but I didn't even care, it was 5 minutes of pure focus cause every attack it made on me was basically a 1 shot (optional bosses do one shot as I have mentioned in an earlier post, just main story ones do not so far), I used armatizes to heal myself without using items.

Battle win screen for glorious 0 grade :

alright thanks. ordered a xbox360 controller~ should get here by next week.

quick question regarding that screenshot though....I see the elements next to Resistance: as Normal and Fire, but what of the water and wind elements separated by a space? are those also what the monster was resistant to?

not sure if that space in the middle is an indication for anything.

Cameo fights are no pushover on intense mode. Sometimes you can't even dodge sophie and you'll die, lol. So decided to unlock all shops and farm some gald on mimic giants. Game mentions when yo ucan find them to, lol.

He's basicly resistant towards everything, except earth. Every element has it's set position. You can see the earth icon isn't on it, but non-elemental, fire, water, earth is. Btw, you can get equipment with SC +evasion, SC +defend etc... to not get out of SC and make unlimited combo's.

personal preference~ I'm more keen to play AMMORPGs like Tera/BnS/BDO~

isometric-wise, i prefer realistic graphic ones like Lost Ark (never really got into Ragnarok Online as a result)

so, good on yah~ but I am stoked for BDO more than ToS.

    Default GW2 Action Camera

The Action Camera feels nice. Wish the Right click was automatically binded to something for it, though.

Time for a chaos playthrough. It's great that I didn't have to grade farm and could get everything I wanted/needed.
