- Turn off the fan
- Lower your mic volume and then speak loudly
- Cover the microphone
- Use a SteelSeries headset with noise reduction drivers
- Download a third party noise reduction driver and set it as your default audio input device.

Unfortunately, most stuff cost money. :/
I wouldn't advise turning off fans, rather try to lower the speed.
