No specific details known at all.

And this comes from someone that reads every tidbit of information/interview/etc.
What we know for sure about summoner is that MP regen will be improved in that 10 level cap increase, in terms of specific systems of the summoner or other jobs, we know very little to absolutely nothing at all.
