Sounds like a power supply problem.
Though I can't really find anything on your power supply to see if it can actually handle the card, it's like it doesn't exist.
Even Googling it the only result I get is a guy saying "Turbolink ATX-XG500W (no record of this PSU exists, apparently)"
So yeah just going to assume you need to buy a new power supply, or try doing what I did and just unplug things you don't need. My case has extra fans for airflow and I just turned one of them off to allow sufficient power for my GPU, if possible you could try that.
