Your PSU should technically be able to handle it. However, it's a no-name brand so it might just deliver enough to run your friend's old 650 without problems. A 660 requires a minimum of 450 as compared to a min. of 400w for a 650.

Which BIOS manufacturer do you have? If you don't know, you can give the motherboard manufacturer and model and I should be able to find out.
