Reputation: 580I do :P , just cause you can get good loot without entering an instance , you're not forced to always run them , but it is fun when you play in one. And killing mobs is fun with ragdolls.
But i got a funny feeling trion will nerf the hell out of this game... With the drop rates xp rates and the stamina needed to enter a dungeon.
I hope it is better because Inspirit was a bit of a let down .....

Reputation: 34I tried to get into Inspirit repeatedly the last 24 hours, and I just couldn't find anything attractive about it. Which is sad, because I was looking forward to it.
I downloaded this and even though the patching took me forever, I finally got in. Seya was right, there was no lag, but the lack of the ability to read just about anything made me put it down after level 10 or so. Besides that, I definitely wanted to see more. This will definitively be a game I'm going to play when it gets released by Trion.
It played very much like Diablo, where as inspirit felt like a disorganized mess.
Inspirit needed a few things.
Zoomed farther out camera(It was too close)
Less class switching. I'm sorry, but I didn't find collecting all mobs and spamming skills from each spec and waiting for cooldowns to come off at all fun. This might get better later, but from video's I saw, it seemed like a lot of spam with little strategy. It seemed mobs were so nonthreatening, that people would just aoe whole dungeons at once.
Better UI
From Devilion, the only thing I really wanted was an English version. I'd rather spam one 1-3 skills than spam 20 and wait for cooldowns. I didn't get far though, but from what I saw, the combat felt a lot better.
Reputation: 580Level 20 dungeon gameplay=D . Cant get enough o/
Reputation: 34Is there an English community in there, have you noticed? I might go back and play if there is.
Reputation: 580Didn't search. No idea where to either. There might be some english forums about it and a community for it on the thai version , but i don't know ...
Dungeon instance list. You instantly unlock them when you reach the needed level. Just check the boxes of the instance you want to join and when the party is ready you just teleport inside the dungeon.

How is the loot system? Is it randomized or are there specific tiers/names?
Reputation: 580Loot is fixed ... When you kill an area boss for the first time it drops loot , then when you kill him the second time he doesn't drop anything. Normal mobs drop white and green items.
Instances on normal difficulty drop only blue items , they are fixed for each instance. Each one has a set number and gear parts that the bosses drop , like the previous dungeon drops the weapon and boots , and the next one drops armor and gloves. They never drop full sets or legendary type items. Even after you select the dungeon it shows what armor parts the dungeon will drop from the final boss. But the xp is really good , 2 runs at lvl 28 and i made one level. Almost level 30 and the cap is lvl 55 i think. Said i think cause each dungeon has gear a few levels higher. Like the lvl 25 dungeon only has lvl 27 gear.
Loot is random but not as good as the diablo 3 loot , the combat is really similar to it though.

Reputation: 34I might play just for the funny translations.
Reputation: 10I downloaded the Korean(?) version and the hits do seem strange. Sometimes it seems like I was nowhere near where I should have been hit and suddenly I'm showing damage numbers. Maybe not lag, but it feels like my hitbox is much bigger than my actual character.
I don't understand a thing because I can't read whatever language most of this is in, but it's fun so far and I'll give the English version a try when it comes out.
