Fiesta Online is pretty active, if you choose the server Bijou.
Otherwise, all the other servers is dead... well Epith is good too. Bijou and Epith.
It might be better off played in private servers but I can never seem to find a decent one.
I think Fiesta Online is more fun/challenging. I could never find any friends in Private Servers otherwise I would try again.
