I'm pretty sure smoking is bad for your teeth too.
Like quit that stuff, buy nicotine patches, pills, etc just stop smoking cigarettes.
One of my friends who recently stopped did it with some kind of vapor stuff, I don't know maybe I can find a picture.
    Yeah things like this

They're probably not healthy but they are better for you than cigarettes and instead of smelling like shit you can get a nice fruit scent going.

It doesn't have to take time you're just using that as an excuse. Just stop buying them, it's not hard.
I did the same thing a year ago with a certain MMO. I got addicted and started neglecting real life. Once I took notice I just deleted my character and moved on.

smoking is not bad for your teeth, thats propaganda.
what is bad for your teeth is orange juice and any other kind of acidic fluid you consume.

OP, you need to rest and let the Antibiotics work, you have multiple infections.
if you dont see an improvement from five days of taking the prescribed antibiotics, you need a different strain, return to your doctor and get a new prescription.
    or a new doctor.

Smoking drastically increases the chance of gum disease and infection. As long as you brush your teeth and rinse soon after smoking, however, you should be fine.

Also, the biggest threat to your teeth is solids rather than anything liquid. For the most part, your saliva will be capable of handling most liquids. But what kills your teeth is sugars/salts, crumbs of food, etc... getting lodged between the gum and tooth and sitting there for a while.

So, in short, brush and rinse immediately after eating. Also brush and rinse in the morning and evening.

As for pain in your mouth, you can buy kits for toothaches at the store that will help a decent amount. Rinsing with scope or something will also help. Rinse and then only drink water. Then brush/rinse immediately after you eat anything or drink anything that isn't water. Cloves pressed against where the pain is can also help.

There are other ways to get calcium besides milk. And you need to floss, I believe you said you didn't in another thread.

    Edit:

Not only that, those energy drinks you constantly say you are buying and drinking (that people have been telling you to stop drinking) are loaded with taurine, which is an acid. That, combined with the smoking, is probably the main reason why your mouth is in poor health.

It's no mystery. I suggest you get that in check or prepare for some expensive and painful experiences down the line.

Which is great, but you really should have done that a while ago (like we've been trying to tell you) and you might have avoided this problem.

Get off the cigs, today. Go get some gum or patches or whatever they have that helps and make the move. Every day you continue is another day you're just damaging yourself so you might as well stop now while you're still relatively healthy.

Or don't. It's your life *shrug*.

Ill see what i can. Im super low on money right now. have not had a pack of smokes in four days been using my bowl in its place but meh thats even worse for mine health. I will work now towards my goal full time to quit smoking. Its an addiction and for those that don't suffer from an addictive personalty you want understand that what would be a simple addiction for some is super hard for us that suffer from this. I despise mine addictive personalty with all the passion in this world.

Im not trying to make excuses either as i wanna quit it would save me money to go towards my other needs and help me out.

You can ask your doctor about it and he may be able to do some tests to determine if you have any sort of deficiencies you need to have supplemented.

Find a new hobby and get out of your old routine of whatever you do now. A big part of quitting is going to be changing up your habits, especially any of the ones you do while smoking. Get out the house and off the pc and walk around town or start up a small garden around your house. Fly a kite, read a new genre of books or take a lesson somewhere. Got a local library? Head there and see what things you can learn there.

I want to hear what you actually plan on doing about your situation. What have you decided on doing tomorrow in order to help you quit smoking?
Had three hours of sleep in 48 hours. Can't sleep in hurting way to bad. My plan for today is to sit back relax and listen to music. And write down how i feel. I will just sit inside i can't walk outside i despise sunlight yea yea sounds crazy i know. Only go out once a day if that i try to get all i need so i don't have to leave.

I really don't have a goal ima just force my self to say to my self quit or suffer more. Not really sure what else to do im nodding at the keybored im so tired but hurting to bad to sleep.

The yellow sticky stuff you're coughing up is most likely phlegm. Indication that something is wrong but 99% of the time, it's not that serious.

As for the 'unnoticed' teeth rot... they're your wisdom teeth. They like to **** things up without you knowing about it. Seconding what lowlife said. Take your meds, rest and see if they work.
