You need to open up the files through Microsoft Excel.
It will show you:
All game items (setting->item.csv)
All skills (setting->item_skill.csv)
All skill tree/hive skills (setting->BonusSkill.csv)
Swear filter (setting->invalidwords.csv)
Character information (undecipherable) (character->[name]_key.csv)
And some various other things.
This may or may not show what will be in Infinity Online when it is released.

Kid...seriously, you gotta stop this. You're such an hypocrite, you argu with the other person looking for a matrix key because he posts alot. No I wasn't argueing I was just asking and it's not cause he posts alot it's cause he makes so many threads and once agian it was a polite question. Also cool/funny? If I was trying to be either of those I'd type in net speak like a moron and use many text faces which I don't. Well, even though moderators don't mind your behavior, most normal users are annoyed. I agree that everyone has his/her opinion but if the opinion isn't constructive, please don't even waste your time to post. Cool/funny doesn't mean to talk like a moron or use emoticons such as "^_^" but more like being sarcastic saying "What's the point/meaning of this?"
