- It's annoying and a waste of everyones time to watch all that personal drama of individual peeps wanting to be mods for no sane reason spam the shit out of that fact.
- People like that make shit mods.

I don't have any real power or say in the matter of who becomes a mod, but I can tell you from what I've seen about those who have been selected that either:

A) You'll be chosen for it.
B) They will ask for applications and decide from those, same as getting a real job.

Doing anything else is a waste of time.
