Start on a game going into OBT soon. Blade and Soul, and Eloa or however it is spelled from Webzen are two games that would do good. Trust me, I went through this in 2013, and when Aura Kingdom CBT was announced, I got myself into a good guild and had a blast for months to come, hell even met my girlfriend there.
This allows your group to be casual, get new members etc. Also playing League or something casual can help kill downtime and stuff.
