Preordering it on steam tomorrow(there is a 20% deal to make it $48) and if u buy fallout 4 in November on steam u get a free Mr. Handy announcer pack for dota 2. Also the game will be able to be pre loaded a few days before launch. Been waiting for this game for almost 7 years.
