yes, one punch man is like that. the animation quality is stunning. but thats no surprise since some of the best artists in japan came together to create this.

Yes, Attack on Titan did just that. I saw it after a few episodes had the release of the first season and couldn't wait for next week's episode. Now I am fully pumped for the upcoming 3rd season, and its going to have 24 episode, yay!
Cowboy Bebop is the first that comes to my mind.

yeah a couple of them have ..The graphics and story line in this particular anime series got me hooked.
i have even watched some of the episodes more than two times just to make sure i did not miss a thing.
It will be quite a while before we get to see something better.

How I felt watching Tanya the Evil and Re;Zero. I was super surprised by how good they were. Especially Re;Zero because the beginning was like your typical anime

the 3rd season was amazing, so many questions answered, so many things making sense now, so many reasons to rewatch it from episode 1 again :P
Niiiiice. I might just have to start AoT from the start again. I only ever watched season 1, and that was a hot minute ago.
