Is insanity threating onrpg?

I wanna know... why is it that whenever some otherwise cool guy with 500+ posts gets pissed off, he goes and gets himself banned with insane amounts of evil spam/lies/flaming? I don't get it... if they wanna go away, why don't they leave in good graces of everyone so they're free to come back when the fight's cooled down? and why do so many people have 10 percent ban and stuff?

If you wanna see some weird/slightly amusing stuff, just go to i-am-bored.com or something. I still miss the old forums when I was still a lurker and everybody was a "big family" (quoted from someone who said this close to the beginning to the creation of the V2 onrpg forums). Plus, when they spam, it bothers people so why let them spam? >_>

It is back, and it's not a secret... But would it matter if it was? Would you feel knowing that there is no warning system that you could do whatever the hell you wanted to?
