It's not some walk in the park, its a hard *** program that takes a lot of devotion, nothing is just some easy thing.

Just not that, and I'd try basic movie editing before going out and buying that.

Well i am good with some basic movie editing skills, i can make a movie all blue, and i have a program with very bad special effects, i just wanted to see if this was a better program. "Hollywood grade" a comment from some ones rateing, but dought a program can be THAT good... is it?

After effects is a popular program in the independant movie effect field. It is called a "Professional Movie Editing Addon" program. That along with Primier or Sony Vegas Pro is quite a godsend, but it takes a long time of training to learn the ultimate premise of the program, alike photoshop, which I am still in the process of learning myself :P
