Looking for a new MMO to play!

Greetings,im looking for a new MMO to play and have searched and searched but to no avail. The problem is im useing a very old low end PC. The biggest factor is i only have 256mb of VRam on my graphics card which limits my search greatly,thus not being able to find much. All the popular ones seem to require a decent pc.
So maybe you can help out. Im looking for a nice MMORPG thats system requirements are quite low. i prefer 3D over 2D,and i dont mind top down like ULtima Online. It can be sandbox,action,theme park,whatever.
So,what do you got?

when all I had was a clunker, which is always but somewhat not now, I played Elsword, if it's too much then try some of these rpgs like uh I think its stardew. and there was a top down ultima clone maytbe that was too much also, but give Elsword a try maybe itll work

Don't worry. The game i recommend can your Computer run. Pirate Legend is a free new MMO RPG based on One Piece. It is in Open Beta, but you can now sign up and play. What else, the requirement of Computer is low. The link is http://legend.risengame.com

I played eldevin a bit on steam and it was okay,but the playerbase is extreamlly low.
