My boyfriend bought it for me and I'm enjoying so far, specially because you can customize all controls the way you like.
1- OK, I guess. I heard they will sell an item to re-customize your char again, even race and gender.
2- Trinity is there, you can make and hybrid as well.
    3- Yes
    4- A lot
5- For me the variety is OK
    6- I can't tell since I don't PvP
7- Leveling is not that easy but the quests are not grindy, there are some map bosses that gives a lot of XP as well
I also like the craft better, it's not as burdensome as Guild Wars 2's.

There are only four classes: Dragonknight, sorcerer, templar, and night blade. Each one can do any of the three roles: healer, tank, dps. Each class gets 3 skill lines and everyone has access to the weapon skill lines, guild skill lines, etc. You only get 8 skill slots on your hotbar, thus requiring a lot of playing around with skills to build a skill bar to play how you want. This allows one night blade to be different from most other night blades etc etc.

I have a dragonknight in full robes and staves and is a very capable healer (even though dragon knights are more "tanky"). So customization is pretty decent. You can play a class anyway you like with whatever armor and weapons you like, plus being able to dye all armor.

There are many dungeons (instanced and open world) to do. LOTS of world to explore, combat is action based and quite entertaining, graphics are very good.

It is a very decent game and I think you could get lots of enjoyment from it.

For leveling you can grind mobs (slow and boring and ruins the game in my opinion) or do the quests. The quests are not "kill 10 boars please." They actually have you do things, like liberating towns, saving people, etc etc and completing these quests changes your game world. And I found main story to be quite good.

PvP is pretty great. You go siege enemy forts and keeps and break down their walls and storm inside and slaughter the enemy factions. Or meet them in the field.
