IE text size

I've been having trouble lately with the size of the text on Ineternet Explorer, sometimes it's too big, sometimes it's too small, could somebody tell me how i can change it? I used to think it was holding ctrl or something like that, then using the scroll wheel on my mouse, but I'm not sure, and since I know longer have a mouse with a scroll wheel, help would be appreciated.

hold control and press + to make the font bigger and - to make the font smaller
