    googled one piece online and set the date to 2005 to 2009 and found out the website used to be

    then i googled onepiece cabanaman and found this

    ended up finding http://onepieceonline.proboards.com/ which is their previous forums that they have abandoned..

    he probably gave up considering he was only developing it as a hobby
