Good morning , the only one which release this period that you mention is Mu Legend from Webzen.
Has a good and very enjoable battle systems/movment/skills etc but the items overall system system lacks the depth from the classic rpg games.(Very limited items, hard to enchant and general the most items you will see end game is worthless.)
Also has many more issues but only if you play for the top or you want some pvp fun....!
Also is more about mmo rpg not clear rpg.
Try it is free , you could pass some hours enjoy it , but keep in mind that is very greedy game about soul lvling which is the main levels after reach the level cap 65(at least when i left it maybe now is 70-75 i do not know) which is easy.
