Is there a possibility to change the interface of this game in english?

So i started yesterday to play Rising Fire. A chinese mmorpg action game closely similar to Destiny.
The game has a LOCALES folder with a lot of languages in it, i tried to rename the english and chinese files , changed the english one to chinese to see if it works.

Well sadly it doesnt. Interface is still in chinese. But the game runs on Unreal Engine, so was wondering if there are any ini files i should search for to edit the language.
